Originally, we had planned to build a big place on the 16 acres, and retire there.. but then life happened.. and then Sadie came along, and I don’t really want to live anywhere else now.

Still, listing her is somewhat bittersweet. The acreage is gorgeous, overlooks Greer’s Ferry Lake and has a creek that reminds me of my childhood in Louisiana. I loved hiking through the creek and picking blackberries there and will miss it.. but then I guess you can’t live everywhere.
